i was nervous to pick up my package after reading the other reviews here, but the young guy working the store was nice and there were no dramas, i just had to show the text message sent to me by the courier that had the tracking number and pin, so he could look up my package in the computer. was very relieved at how painless it was!

After reading the reviews, I was so scared to go and pick up my parcel, but the staff was sweet. Getting my package took just a minute, and the staff was professional.

REPORT THIS PLACE TO ACCC IF YOU HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH YOUR PACKAGE. It is a common practice for them to say the package hasn’t been delivered. IF THEY RECEIVE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS THEY WILL BE FINED.
Please also reach out directly to the sellers and their shipping companies to ask them to NOT USE this place for deliveries. I went there to pick up my package and they had me waiting till while serving all the lotto paying customers, until I complained. Then they said they haven’t received the package. I contacted Amazon and they said the package was delivered 100%. I requested a refund to Amazon and after reading all the reviews proceeded to fill in a complaint on ACCC.

I'm shocked and disappointed by the utter disrespect I received from the staff here. When I went to collect my package, I was met with a barrage of swear words and hostility simply because I asked them to hand it over! The staff member's attitude was confrontational and unprofessional, making me feel like I was an inconvenience for daring to ask for my own package.

The lack of basic courtesy and decency was staggering. I left feeling belittled and disrespected. It's clear that this newsagency prioritises being rude over providing decent customer service. I will never set foot in this place again and strongly advise others to avoid it like the plague.

Unacceptable behavior from a business that clearly doesn't value its customers. Shameful!

The rudest staff I’ve ever met in my entire life. If your parcel ever gets accidentally sent here, good luck. They’ll start swearing at you and denying that your parcel is there - but by some sort of magic they’ll make it appear for you after they’ve hurled abuses at you. NEVER GO HERE AND I PRAY FOR YOU IF YOUR PARCEL GETS DROPPED OFF HERE

Terrible customer service! The staff swore at customers who came to collect their DHL parcels. How is this place a DHL collection partner? They denied having the parcels and only checked after being asked three times. Inexcusable!

Incredibly appalling service and disgusting behaviour. The staff swear at you and pretend your package isn’t there. Absolutely shocked at the way I was treated.

Worst news agency I have ever been to. Possibly the rudest man I have ever encountered works here. Steer clear of this place, they will yell and swear at you for asking simple questions about your parcel pick up. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
