I have reached out trying to address an issue with this company on three occasions now and my attempts to discuss and assist here has been met with silence. I would have thought a Marketing company would recognize the importance of collaboration between business owners. If there is an issue you discuss it and attempt to make things better not simply dump poor reviews on a business for an isolated incident.
