CRM were very helpfull in diagnosing the previous not running solar panels. 15 years old with much water ingress. they removed the old and installed the new. Unfortunately we no longer get the original 44c /KWhr.

Avoid this place. Terrible service. CRM were informed my AC system had a leak. AC had no gas. Technician didn't arrive on Friday morning as arranged. 3pm called CRM. Was informed Technician was on another job and I would need to reschedule. Job rescheduled for Monday. Friday afternoon after being rescheduled for Monday Technician arrives. Regases the AC and informs AC is repaired. Monday I was in Brisbane and had a house sitter for the animals. Different Technician arrives and informs house sitter he is there to fix the AC. Technician informed house sitter AC has no gas. Repaired leak and nitrogen charged system to check it holds presure. Technician x2 returned a few days latter to nitro charge system Am informed by Technician that the system has a large leak that can be audibly heard by ear. Charged $750 to be told my AC has a leak. They didn't repair the leak and AC still with no gas. CRM were informed the AC had a leak before arriving. Case went to QCAT but unfortunately my wife was in hospital for 3 weeks in Brisbane when the case was heard in Rockhampton.

CRM was very helpful in fixing our aircons highly recommend them, they booked us in straight away and fixed them first go. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Wont get back to you about jobs, had aircon installed and failed within 2 years and are trying to suggest i pay for a new aircon to be cost efficient as they only cover workmanship for one year. Made a gaping hole in the wall and tried to hide it. Aircon was not secured. Had them booked in and never showed, had rescheduled without notifying me, then called and asked where i was when they turned up without notifying me. Do not recommend.

Worst experience with the company. Sent out someone for the job didn't send the quote they charged me for. Then the electricians turned up without the equipment they needed that was on the job card they charged me for, left for half the day to collect equipment and charged me for it. They then left again because they forgot the blank switches and charged me for a third day for 10 seconds! Charged for two people! The switches they forgot were to cover live power. Ignored my request for a invoice break down for 6 months then won't listen to my concerns about overcharging 2k! Now sent to a debt collector. Total incompetence they want the customer to pay for. Job took 3.5 hours. Charged 13.5.If it could be no stars I would use the rating.

Edited to add, I have the email chains of all requests ignored. I have the job card stating the conduit was laid and they needed to bring rope.
Electirican admitted while on job he had no idea how to thread a power cable through laid conduit. Company then tried to blame us for laying the conduit first. Would be no good on any commercial job sites if they can't pull cable through laid conduit. It was 40m of straight conduit that they charged 13.5 hours for.

Edited again to add they have sent a debt collector. For work they did not complete. Had another Electrical out who charged $700 for similar job. Word of mouth will be passed to builders etc we know. Will contact my solicitor, and the ombudsman.

Terrible customer experience cracked my ceiling and ruined a brand new fan refused to pay for new fan “as it was the fan not there install that caused issue even though it was there fault”. Was left without power in lounge room for a week before they returned and was waiting over a month for a part with no contact about the part or it’s where abouts. Receptionist sounds like she doesn’t wanna be there I don’t blame her! Terrible company do not use

Thankyou to Craig and his team at CRM Electrical, you and your team are the ultimate professionals, very friendly and went above and beyond to replace all of our power points, lights and switches, fans and A/C's throughout our 2 storey rental property in Rockhampton.
Nothing was too much for Craig and his team, Craig also reported in everyday with updates and photos of the 3 day job.
Well done Craig and team CRM, you have done a fantastic job, and I will be using you to fit out my other investment properties in Rockhampton.
