Cunneen Signs once again were great to work with and helped us deliver another perfect major project.

We engaged Cunneen Signs to design and manufacture 3 multi elevation high level illuminated sky signs for one of our clients in Sydney CBD. The engineering and illumination guidelines for the signage were very intricate but Cunneen found the solutions we needed to get the design approved and the signs manufactured on time.

Extremely disappointed with the service, communication and quality of the work. Especially at such high prices.

I contacted Cunneen Signs about signage for a ute and trailer in late June of this year. I mentioned multiple times that I was after a quality job and was more than happy to pay for it.

I spoke to Ben who asked for some reference material of designs that we liked as well as our logo and a description of what we were hoping to achieve with the design.

After sending these through we waited till early July to get some proofs back. We were happy with the design but requested some specific modifications in regards to removing some text and clutter we didn't ask for and repositioning a few items.

The designs were sent back and forth multiple times over the next 20 or so days where I frustratingly asked for the same modifications to be made only to find that they had changed something else I hadn't asked for over and over again.

During this period communication with Ben became near impossible. I was told several times that he would call or email with updates that never happened. When I called back I got nothing. I started calling the office who would then transfer me to Ben who multiple times made up bizarre lies about how he has numbers of other people with the same name and spelling saved in his phone who he has been talking to about our job thinking it was us.

You only have to look at my name to know that is complete rubbish. Who were these other people and why would they talk to him about our ute wrap? Anyway...

The ute and trailer were booked to get the signage put on in early August and within a day of getting the ute back the edges of the wrap started peeling. Not to mention that the main logo on the doors on both sides is on a slant and doesn't run with the lines of the vehicle which is very frustrating.

I emailed Ben with these concerns who then requested that I bring the ute back to trim the wrap. There are portions over 10mm wide that have peeled off and cutting these back would look horrendous. At this point I was to annoyed to deal with them and have found someone else to take care of the problem.
