How HAPPY am I thanks a million for my lights, you have made this old lady so happy. My tiny art studio is complete, and my lights are the best. Not really happy.
I ordered a neon sign for my 15 yo niece to be shipped straight to her. I wasn't given an option to have a different billing address to my delivery address but put my phone number. I wasn't notified when it was on board for delivery and several days went past when my sister found the delivery note in her letterbox with 48 hours to reply.
Rang custom neon who told me to deal with it myself. The freight company won't deal with me because it's not addressed to me.
With no way to give authority to leave and no help from custom neon I don't know where this package is still.

I wanted a surprise gift for my friend and I approached Custom Neon with my idea. Not only I needed the text on the neon sign to be in Lithuanian language (with some fun additional characters!), but also the font to match my own handwriting. They did a fantastic job! From the initial discussion, to considerations for size, colour, base, to getting my own scribble on a piece of paper turned into a beautiful design, with a possibility for me to proof it... I was simply amazed! The neon sign was produced to the highest quality, shipped promptly, and delivered in a fab packaging, way in advance of estimated times.
