Not a pleasant welcome!
Asked for what I wanted and nobody assisted…3 people. I had to reach for the item I wanted which was hanging high on the wall…And very expensive too… My last time supporting that business.

Horrible customer service, company had a great customer service and return time a decade ago, they have fallen off tremendously from that standard. I had a 20 dollar item that has been sitting for over a month with them and still is as i type this review.

I believe in supporting black owned businesses but I will no longer support this business due to the lack of customer service and my order not being fulfilled. My husband and I went to the store to have our son’s football bag embroidered and 24 days later the order isn’t complete. I called and went to the store to check the status of the bag, the young man gave us the run around and lied. My son’s duffle bag was thrown in a corner on the floor when we went to the store to pick it . The staff needs to do a better job with communication about orders and customer service. HONEST IS THE BEST POLICY❗️

I had a wonderful experience at D & N Sports! Sweet young lady there that keeps you laughing! That makes a difference! She’s super sweet! I had something embroidered and it was ready the next day!

Awesome service!! The young lady running the front did an awesome job on my niece jersey. Same day service at that. Very please. I use to come to this store when I was young, didnt know it was still open. I'm so happy it is... The INSTAGRAM folks that claim they do shirts CANT DO WHAT D&N sports does. They didnt disappoint back then and they sure didnt last week. AWESOME!!!

Customer Service was terrible. When I picked up what I purchased the young lady was on her cell phone having a personal conversation. The quality of what they are selling isn’t the best. The variety of letters and fonts is limited. I am disappointed in the product I received.

TERRIBLE customer service and highly unprofessional. Missed deadlines, botched embroidery, and low quality work. Stay away from this place and use a reputable, OFFICIAL vendor of your organization.
