I thought I best make comment about the service at strathpine . When I walked from one end of the store to the other I was asked by three different staff if I needed assistance. And when I took one up on the offer he couldn’t have been more helpful.

Very convenient parking and wide aisle. The staff are very helpful. Prices are competitive around the area. Huge selection of wines. But only downside the signs aren't clearly visible. Would be great. If the signpost is clearly marked, it can navigate easily. However, staff are friendly and happy to obliged. If needed, some assistance in trying to locate a particular product. No queues no long waits which is excellent. Definitely, the place to go for your 🍸 alcohol beverages 👍 job to all staff.

We just visited the store in strathpine qld 15 April 5.20pm and the young bloke on the counter helped us as we couldn't get the online order working so headed in store to purchase and he didn't gin about just said yep let's fix it and got it sorted .. old fashion service and his a credit to your store .. sorry we didn't get his name.

I had a good experience here yesterday (20/12). It was Xmas busy and a tall young bloke was flat out filling shelves but, took time out to help this old fella find my favoured Zero Beer.
Helpful and polite. Congratulations to him for his courtesy and work ethic.
