Rented the same property for 4 years. The house was in need of some care and attention when we moved in, but by the time we moved out it was looking quite run down. The original owners of the property were fair and respectful, but certainly couldn't say that about the current owners or the property manager we have had to deal prior to and, since, vacating. Personally I think that ten weeks to replace an archaic oven that wasn't functioning correctly and unable to be used is extreme, but according to Denovans, they did everything they could in a reasonable amount of time !
First time I have ever had to rent and it certainly has been an absolute eye-opener.
Please Denovans treat renters with care and respect, you are not always right.

Exceptional Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Rob Made a Difficult Time So Much Easier! Absolutely 💯 deserves a 5 star rating.

It was a difficult time moving my Mum into Aged Care and selling her property all within a few weeks, but Rob was hard-working and got the job done in no time. He was clear and concise with Fees etc. Had some great strategies and was quick to address any concerns we had.

Deeply unpleasent experience - my rate changed and thus rent had to be adjusted as the old rate was one week, new rate the following hence the transfers wouldn't match until the roll over.

I was threatened by a real estate agent that the process for breach would be started and that my record will be permanently impacted as arrears were registered.

I had communicated [on a long weekend so no business days] that the remaining balance was on its way. This was ignored.

The agent ignored this communication and issued breach warnings.

Considering moving elsewhere now the market is turning. Steer clear of these guys or the particular agent, DM me for details and I will provide privately.

Have referred the matter to RTA Queensland re threatening my record. They have noted it and I just need to notify them when it happens again.

Edit/update: Real estate agent has not fixed dangerous gas oven or removed biohazard in the garage below (possums, excrement and lawn clippings blown under by the garden contractor).

Just choose someone else.
