I started working and asked for assistance with a fuel card as I would be doing more driving than I could afford off centerlink. They contacted my job got a start date and then I had a block on my payment even though my job doesn't pay me for another week. So now I starve until I get work pay because they took my centerlink payment. They also never got back to say we've proved your employment and here's a fuel card to help you. I have multiple cert 3s and a trade qualification yet they never contacted me with job opportunities. They also almost with a perfect record forgot to call back every single time they said they would.

I would recommend transfering to another agency as soon as you can. Rude and snobby. I'm a 30 year old father of five and treats me like a 19 year old dole bludger.

Still waiting on placement after doing cert 3 in community services. Very disappointing. Nearly 2 months and waiting. Haven't received anything back unless I chase. Frustrating.
