Our Agency has been with Digital Central for a few years now and they deliver nothing but above and beyond service and this was from onboarding with them allowing us to customise our own personal portal and consistently every single day!!!! 2 months of emails, calls, and lies about getting the sign taken down. The sign was only taken down when I called the council to have it removed (then all of a sudden, it was so easy and quick). Tried to blame a single day of bad weather for 2 months of laziness. Representatives on the hotline seemingly took no action to have the sign removed.
Had anyone told me the truth even once over this whole experience, maybe it would be worth 2 stars.

We have recently started using Digital Central for our signboards and brochures, the whole team have been nothing short of amazing. They have spectacular service and are super efficient at getting the signboards up and brochures delivered. As we have only recently just started we have had to go through designing our templates, this was a lengthy process however Digital central spent hours helping me out and talking me through the process. There is always someone available to to answer my questions. I cannot recommend Digital Central highly enough.
