5 Star Agent. It was a pleasure to deal with Bonnie during our recent search and purchase of a new home. She was professional and gave us time and privacy during private inspections and promptly responded to our phone calls and emails. She had obviously done her homework on the properties we looked at and could tell us almost everything we needed to know.
She was also very knowledgeable on the local area regarding schools, sports, events etc.

Tavis is a very efficient real estate agent . From the moment we asked Tavis to sell our property for us he took all the required steps in a very quick succession. Based on his advice we did some minor renovations eg painting and the property hit the market after about two weeks with aim of going to auction in about a month, however he had sold the property a week after the gor sale sign went up for the full price we had agreed on.
