Scammers! They installed racking in the wrong locations so close to walls that the racking is unusable and non-compliant. Refused to fix the installation. We had weeks of delays. Several of their installers came to site and all of them complained about the company.

Avoid at all costs. The racking is non-compliant and can not be certified. The beams are at different levels throughout the site. The frames are bolted badly and the levels are uneven.

If I could give zero stars I would.

Potentially one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with, missing and faulty items that still haven’t arrived 4 months later. Still chasing it down. Also spoke to a staff member on the phone who said a cabinet came with wheels then sent it without wheels saying they don’t come with them.
