This review is about SEO. All was great in the beginning, lot's of promises, new approaches, using AI, special way to build backlinks and so on. The problem is that we we never got any results. As a matter of fact, we actually fell down in our rankings on Google, all while paying a decent amount for 11 months.

In the meetings, Nathan always focused on the Google algorithm changes making SEO really difficult and how to improve our websites conversion rate and have a killer offer to stand out from competition. Yes, we need that but that is not what SEO is about.

SEO is about content, backlinks and on-site optimisation.
- Backlinks: Disrupta can't show us a single backlink they have done for us due to them having proprietary way of doing backlinks. Sounds a bit suspicious. Nathan advised to check the links online, that any SEO tool will show new and lost links. I did and it didn't show anything past organic links that have nothing to do with Disrupta.
- Content: Some content has been written, but nothing significant. From the 11 months of work you would expect a couple of articles/blogs/content pieces per month as bare minimum
- On-site optimisation: That may have been done in the beginning but we don't even have H1s today, so maybe not? Nathan always said "H1s don't matter"

After we gave 30 days notice to leave (their terms), we have asked for a report about what was done in the past year and also what will be done in the last month of work - which is October. We are now in the middle of October and I still didn't get any answer to my emails asking for it again and again. While we are still paying them for the service.

I am happy to amend this review as soon as I get the report of work completed. Without it, we are left to believe that not much was done.
