I was contacted by Derek in mid 2019 after he heard from his overseas business partners that I was seeking an ecommerce website designer.

I engaged DMS designs to establish the website in Sept 2019 after he represented to me that he could provide the design I provided to him in the brief. I signed the DMS contract and paid the deposit. The agreed contracted time was 17 weeks.

I have been so patient with Derek, but I now find myself to be at the end of my tether. The website is still not complete, still not functional, and I have a plethora of emails filled with broken promises and am accumulating unanswered emails.

Unfortunately my experience with DMS Designs has been nothing short of extremely frustrating and utterly disrespectful.

I prefer not to write these reviews unless I have been absolutely screwed over - in this instance I believe that is exactly what is occurring.

There is a significant amount of content I could provide here, but hopefully I have conveyed my point, and it is well understood by potential customers and by Derek.

Derek has been outstanding. He created the whole look and feel of my new company via his designs. He gave me multiple options all of them were great, which made it very hard to choose the best one. A good problem to have! He took direction well and communicated with us every step of the way. We are thrilled with the results, people constantly ask us "who did the design" Thinking it's some big city designer. Brilliant work, I cannot recommend Derek highly enough. Get in the cue to work with him, it's well worth it.
