An ashtray on a motorcycle would be more useful than the staff here. The staff didn't listen to my needs, and clearly had no clue what I was after. I do not recommend this store ever, not even to my worst enemy. 😤

Gotta say these guys are a cut above the rest particularly Daryl. Rang with a DNS issue, Firewall/Port forward and a statc address requirement, all handled via a phone call and remote access. Fixed every issue immediately and all worked perfectly. They epitomise a good networking company.

Such helpful staff. I called in during my lunch break as my laptop wasn’t charging and was about to die. They took the time to check the laptop and the cable/charger to determine the cause of the fault and had a replacement charger in stock. While I waited I had a look around the store. They stock some really cool things plus unique gift ideas. I’ll definitely be back.

I went to return an amp that wouldn't fit my TV at home after 3 days of purchasing this items from your Taree Store. I had my dockets and receipts and amp was in the box with instructions and in perfect condition. All i wanted was my money back!!!

I never purchase items from this type of store and i was explained this to your the store manager and the sales person on duty. The salesperson then proceeded to get the store manager and when asked for a refund, I was told "we are only a small store and could only give me a store credit". I told him that i don't purchase items from these types of stores.

The Sales person that was working that day was extremely rude, and unhelpful, and was very unprofessional. I'm extremely disappointment and will never shop at Jaycar Taree never again, and i will be informing my friends and colleges about this experience. Disappointed

If someone can refund me my receipt it would be greatly appreciated., as this astore credit will never be used.
