🔥Amazing experience at Doodee King! The portion sizes are generous, and every dish is bursting with authentic Thai flavors. The 4 King platter with huge, tender prawns was a standout, and the sweet & tangy squid rings were perfectly cooked. Loved the Mango Frappe – super refreshing and made from fresh mangoes. Solid place for Authentic Thai food. I liked the atmosphere and decor, typical Thai restaurant feel. The staff was very friendly and food service was quick even during the busy lunch period. I ordered the esan sausage and the som tum (papaya salad) with soft shell crab. The sausage was marinated well and had crispy skin. The salad was very refreshing and really went well with the fried soft shell crab. Also had the iced Thai coffee. It was refreshing and sweet.

Doodee King is a great place to visit. The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided very good service. We tried their new set menu, both spicy seafood doodle and sweat and sour crispy squid ring are flavorful. Mango Frappe and Lychee Frappe taste good with real fruits inside. I highly recommend their crispy whole barramundi topped with fried garlic and chili lime sauce as it is appetizing. I also like the crispy quail egg wrapped with wonton pastry as it is unique and scrumptious! The homemade Coconut ice cream with sticky rice is a must have as it is so luscious! I love dinning here because of the good service and beautiful food!

Good portions and filling. Their Pad see ew was one of the best I’ve had in Sydney so far. The other two dishes were average, most likely not order again next time. We chose medium spicy for papaya salad but in my option it wasn’t spicy enough. Not mixed well and not tossed enough. Watermelon was really fresh and refreshing that pairs well with my orders.
We went on a busy Saturday with many events going on at Darling Harbour, queue was long and we weren’t tended well.
