I ordered recycled frisbees made in Australia 6 weeks prior to an event I needed them for. I received plastic frisbees (no stamp of recycled but a big stamp "Made in China"). When I contacted my sales person, I reluctantly accepted stickers to cover the "Made in China" as it goes against our company's ethos of supporting local and I didnt ask for a refund. 2.5 weeks later my event is in 2 days and I haven't received the stickers, again from China (apparently express posted). When I contacted them to say I wasn't happy and wanted a refund and was happy to return the frisbees, Mitch refused and said they had fixed the problem.
He also acknowledged the misrepresentation of Australian made 2-3 weeks ago on their website and still haven't removed it... still misrepresenting their product with this full knowledge - I guess to allow them to make a higher profit margin by making it sound like they sell a higher quality product. I've given the company a chance to fix this and there was an apology but clearly insincere when they refuse to compensate me for their misrepresentation and failure to cover it up on time. Apologies are easy but the actual care is missing. I feel like I should give this warning to consumers considering to buy from here wanting a Earth Friendly product as this doesn't appear to be what they sell and it's the same Made in China stuff that everyone sells much cheaper!

The final product is beautiful (pens for Koala Smart). It was delivered promptly. The communication and discussion before the production was a little slow. We had to repeatedly ask for the same changes as if emails had not been read.

I am really disappointed with my service. I specifically worked with Mitch to organise these branded gifts for a site launch event on the 8th. I asked him numerous times (i have call history of checking every day over the week we were organising the gifts) whether the gifts could arrive before the 8th, which he repeatedly assured me they would. He assured me this when he recommended an additional keep cup item, I would not have ordered the extra item had I known they would slow the order down. Now I can see that extra item was probably a sales tactic that ultimately reflects really badly on me. My company has spent thousands of dollars on branded items for a specific site that we launched, which means these items don't have any use now (they are site branded not company branded). Super disappointed and haven't heard back from Mitch.
