Absolutely useless – 0 stars if I could

Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with RACV Echuca for a simple jump start. What a joke. The technician showed up with no tools in the vehicle and, to top it off, the jumper pack wasn’t even charged enough to start my car. How do you send someone out for a jump start without the basic equipment actually working? Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time.

For comparison, when I’ve needed roadside assistance in Melbourne, Blackstock roadside has been absolutely reliable — efficient, properly equipped, and actually helpful. RACV Echuca could learn a thing or two from them. I expected better from RACV, but this experience was just pathetic.

Recently had my new car insured here by Clare and Natalie.
Fantastic experience. Very enjoyable. Clare was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and all my questions were happily answered. I even got a great deal on roadside assist. Can't recommend these guys enough.
