As a small business owner I was sold a phone system that was supposed to be able to service multiple locations. It turned out to be complete rubbish and the salesman had no clue as to what he was doing. 3 years on and we are still paying nearly $700 a month for a phone system we cant use with no help at all from Efex whatsoever.
I'd tread carefully with what they offer as it sounds better than it is.
