After numerous emails and many phone calls to this company over the last 2 MONTHS, I am so glad to be able to secure a decent property manager from another company.
Not only did the licensee of the business answer the FIRST phone call I made on a Saturday, but action was taken to follow through with an agreeable outcome within 2 DAYS. Not like Elder's Real Estate at all.
It seems they think they have the market with no competition for Rental Manager's and cannot be bothered to serve the public in need.
Well done to an "out of town" Real Estate Company that CAN be bothered!!
My house is now advertised and rented - all within TWO WEEKS.
HARDLY "COMPETENT, PROFESSIONAL or an EXCELLENT service at all Elders.

Take lots of photos and make sure that your incoming PCR is detailed. They will try and make you pay for things that have already been damaged when moving in.

Also, the RE will threaten you if you ask questions she cannot answer.

As a buyer, don't bother with Keith Guest. Absolutely no correspondence at all. My advice if I was selling..go somewhere else.
