I am writing to express my concerns regarding the SEO services I received from eMarket Experts for my cleaning business, i used there service for seven months. Initially, I was charged $750 plus GST, but unfortunately, the results were disappointing, and my website traffic actually decreased during this period.
When I decided to discontinue their services due to the lack of results, I encountered further issues. They began sending me invoices for $1,250 instead of the agreed amount and subsequently involved debt collectors. Additionally, I received fake invoices that inflated my bill to over $7,000, which I believe is unacceptable.
Moreover, I have discovered that their work has damaged my website from the backend, and I am still in the process of fixing these issues.
I wanted to bring this to your attention to ensure that others are aware of my experience with their services.
