a lady rang up from company and said the management don't provide ABN numbers to check if it is a legit company. They are definetly scammers as I rang the number back and the computor saif you will be transferred to a supervisor - three seconds later hung up

This company keep ringing right on the dot 6.00pm just as I return from work. I do not wish to keep receiving these HARASSING calls that are made numerous times in the same night and I have continued to ask for my phone number TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR CALLER LIST however THEY KEEP REPEATEDLY TRYING TO CONTACT ME.

I find it rather amusing that they respond to positive reviews with a thankyou but totally ignore any criticism of their unwanted calls. In this day & age of scammers who would trust any unsolicited caller.

Conducts market research. Caller was very friendly however he went off script & asked personal questions not relevant to the topic, he shared personal info about his ex & his family background again not relevant to the topic. Was pushing the no vote for the Voice referendum. Aren’t market researchers supposed to be unbiased?

Breach of law regarding when calls can be made. ACCC states calls cannot occur on public holidays, however I received a call today- at 7pm on a public holiday.

I don't know why the complaints below. The market research agency rang to do some political polling, during normal hours, i.e. after 6pm when most people have finished work for the day!

Other than that, the lady who rang me was very professional and pleasant.

Kept being called after refusing to do surveys and even after 8:30pm at night!! Highly do not recommend this scam company, i feel sorry for the callers who proberbly get treated like garbage!
