Epistar Australia strives to work with its customers in achieving their goals.
Unfortunately in Daniels case above, after specifically advised NOT to play with the technician version of the configuration software for the sign he inadvertently altered a setting that required the unit to be returned to us for repair.
In the interests of doing the right thing we repaired this sign at our cost and returned it to Daniel.
He again decided to alter configurations using the technician version of the software. We declined to repair the sign, yet again, at our cost, due to specifically advising him against these actions.
I would like to point out for retail customers the software that Daniel used is technician software only, our user interface does not enable access to the features that Daniel felt he was qualified to alter without guidance.
