I was struggling to find a good quality black evening dress to wear for a wedding and as a last resort I thought of Eve (I had bought evening dresses for Deb balls there previously). As we don’t live in the Bathurst area I was very relieved to find them on line and quickly found just what I wanted. I received my lovely dress very promptly and was greatly relieved that it fitted perfectly. (I just wish more shops catered for women looking for something elegant to wear to weddings. Not everyone is under size 16, younger than 50 and wants to look like mutton dressed as lamb). Thank you Eve. I hope you continue in business for many years to come and continue to serve a neglected niche in the market.

Went into the store this morning looking for a dress for my daughters wedding. I will say I was greated at the door but that was it, one lady left and the young Miss proceed to let a friend in the back door and discuss there studies and teaching. After being totally ignored I left the store and will never be back. Would not recommend this business. There website shows many varied styles unfortunately none were instore.

went to look at formal dresses after failing to find a dress at others stores and found 3 i really liked and wanted to try on. the lady said that I had to put in $50 deposit just to try on the dresses. it was non refundable but could go towards the dress or store credit. however my family and I thought that was an absolute rip off, because who buys a $500 dress without trying it on first…

I came here yesterday with my friend after school for some last minute formal shopping (I’ve never been Dress shopping before) and the lady who helped us was extremely lovely to the both of us, and was so helpful. She was respectful about asking for our dress sizes and wasn’t judgy when we tried them on, was so sweet and lovely with the compliments, I appreciated her help and kindness so much as I was very awkward with her but she was lovely. Definitely recommend this place. Customer service was absolutely amazing.

After browsing the formal range in store and choosing a dress to try on, I was told that I would need to provide a $50 deposit before going into the change room. If I did not purchase the dress then the deposit would be given back as a store credit. Absolutely ridiculous. I had travelled from Orange which turned out to be a complete waste of time.

Just sent my daughter to this shop
$50 deposit to try on their dresses must be used that day or loose it. She had a couple of hours to look and try on, no second chances you pay again if you want to go another day
Lucky another shop in the area came to the rescue with wonderful friendly service
My advise stay well away from this shop just money grabbers

I went into eves this morning with a friend to have a look at a dress for a bridesmaid and to possibly try on, the young sales assistant was very helpful in locating this particular dress for us and was very friendly. Whilst we were waiting the manager approached us and told us that if we weren't buying the dress that we would have to leave the store as they weren't making a sale and we couldn't try the dress on just to have a look. She spoke quite rudely to us and aggressively and told us that we could not try the dress on in her shop if we weren't going to buy, we never mentioned buying at all we just wanted to have a look at the dress. Whilst being abused from her she told us to leave her store otherwise she would call the police, yet we weren't doing anything wrong and just wanted to have a look at a dress and just wanted customer service. My friend had been in earlier and was spoken to rudely by the same lady who is supposed to be the manager. Will never be going back and do not recommend anyone to go here. Where is the politeness and genuine care.

Went in with a friend just after getting engaged to get an idea for wedding dresses. The lady was on a personal call when we entered the store, we were there for about 10 minutes before she approached us and were spoken to very rudely and told that we couldn't try anything on because I had not set a wedding date. Despite now being the only bridal and formal dress shop in Bathurst I will not be purchasing my dress or any of the bridesmaid dresses from there.
