In one word AVOID!!!
After being on their books for 106 weeks, i was told that there was nothing that they could do for me and i was "exited" from their services.
In that 2 years, they managed to send me on a grand total of two interviews without success. Their idea of helping was reformatting my CV using their templates. In the same time period I had found and successfully applied for 2 seperate jobs, The response from Eworks was to make all of these hollow promises of "ongoing support". This ongoing support consisted of literally nothing! My employers had never even heard of eworks or any of their employees. In the meantime Eworks were lying to me and telling me that they were organising a workplace inspection and some special equipment to make my job easier The only help i actually asked for was a purchase order on a pair of black work shoes and of corse that request was denied by the area manager. So to sum it up Eworks are a private company cashing in on the Disability Employment Services Scheme, They claim they are providing employment support to clients when in reality they are being paid thousands per client to call them in fortnightly and to tick off the attendance sheet. To add to the insult Shane liked to book appointments on days when he was out of the area attending (much needed) training and offered no apology or reimbursement for wasted taxi fare.
