It’s certainly not common for me to leave a negative review of a business but unfortunately my experience with Expressway Signs was not great. I did receive my money back but after complaining about the service provided no one seemed to care. I needed a sign cut for the back of my car and was quoted $165 which I agreed to and payed for straight away. We initially spoke at length about what I wanted but the proof was nothing like I asked for. After several emails back and forth with spelling mistakes and words not included I thought I would be happy. Needing the car all day seemed excessive as it’s a work vehicle so I arranged to have my car in at 7 am so I could wait for it to be finished (a 10 minute job I was told). I washed the car before taking it in (apparently an extra $50 charge if I didn’t) and was there at 7am as planned. No staff knew anything about the job and was eventually told they couldn’t find the vinyl. Unlikely story, they just hadn’t even started on it. No apologies were offered and no effort made to rectify the situation even after I spoke on the phone later that day voicing how disappointed I was. Anyway a quick stop to another company around the corner in Svendsen St and an excellent job was done while I waited for half the cost and without the hassle. Sorry but I can’t recommend the business…

Here is my story: I initially visited Expressway Signs in mid-April to request a few services, including some design work and signage for my car. I was promised a quick completion. However, after a couple of weeks, I still hadn't received what I had ordered. I managed to complete 75% of my initial order through various other workshops and designers without any issue and on time. Within four weeks, I visited and called Expressway Signs multiple times, answered all questions, and provided the necessary measurements. I fulfilled all requirements on my part. The last response I received was on May 3, 2024, stating that I would be contacted shortly. However, as usual, nothing happened. On May 10th, 2024, I contacted Expressway Signs again to inquire about my order, but I received no clear answers, no information, and no one seemed to know what was happening. I do not recommend using Expressway Signs— their service is terrible, unresponsive, and their behaviour towards customers is unprofessional. This is just my personal experience; perhaps others have been more fortunate in their dealings with Expressway Signs. I wasted nearly a month and achieved nothing.

Made an effort to go in and see these guys for a quote and preview, only to be turned around straight away and told I would be emailed a price.

The email contained so much unnecessary information and links I didn't need and was a hassle to find the actual price, which was a lot more than I expected and had been quoted elsewhere. I was then left constant messages on my phone afterwards which was extremely frustrating!!!

The most helpful staff ever! I had an issue with my order (due to some technical problem), besides it was urgent. So, the guys from Expressway Signs was helping me all the way through without extra charge. Everything was done in time and in a very good quality! I highly recommend this company!
