Edit to respond to owner: Our building has many established businesses if you bothered to look and an update to a fitout in a tenancy is no excuse to stick your advertising on my front door! I would also note that there is no way that bloody sticker is ā€˜removable’ without serious effort.

Original review: We had a sticker from this business appear on our brand new glass door (right above the handle). Turns out they’ve done no work on our building just stuck this to a front door of our business. I rang the business and asked them to come and remove it. Lovely receptionist…but got a message from a guy called Matt (Mark?) who told me to scrape it off with a fingernail if I was worried but they’d come and remove it. I called back to say I wanted them to remove it and if I could have removed it with my fingernails I would have. The door cost us thousands of dollars and I privately asked them to remove it and they didn’t despite being asked twice. That sticker will now cost me money to remove as to not leave residue on our front door.

Shameful behaviour from one business to another. We do a lot of signage and they could have just come and talked to us instead of sticking their advertising on my front door.

Don’t bother responding. I tried to resolve this privately and you didn’t bother to actually come and remove it.

Very disappointed with the outcome of engaging with this business. Two stars given because initially I was extremely happy with the service, the communication (Thankyou Leslie) and the end product I ordered. No qualms whatsoever there. However, a sour taste is now left in my mouth because of terrible graphic design team and an even worse attitude from the young man I spoke to on the phone with my concerns.

I ordered a 3 m wide banner and although I am competent on Canva, was sure that engaging with a graphic designer would be more beneficial. I sent through a highly detailed brief of what I wanted (even down to where I wanted the text placed) and sent through a detailed design mock up that only required a little bit of tweaking to blend everything together. What I received back was absolutely nothing in line with what I had asked for and looked very amateur. My original logo wasn’t even used, my business name was just typed out in the same font. Completely different colour, and my headline completely left out. I wanted to be polite as we were already a few hours in on the design, so tried my best to give feedback that was at best putting lipstick on a pig. After a few emails back-and-forth, realising how little of my original brief was actually followed, I told her not to worry about it and I spent an hour on Canva fixing up the original design I sent through to them which now stands beautifully on my banner.

When I received my invoice for $350 graphic design charge, I called to have a conversation about meeting halfway as not only what I asked for was not delivered, but I had to go back and provide my own artwork because of the incompetence. At first I was met with polite ā€˜We don’t charge any extra on top of the design fees so that’s just the designers fee’ and regularly using my first name. This quickly turned to ā€˜I can’t do anything now, you didn’t tell the designer you didn’t like it until the end’ (tell me why should I have to pay for someone to spend time fixing things that should have been done in the first place?) and calling me ā€˜MATE’ in the most condescending and patronising way.

When a service that is supplied by your business does not deliver on what the customer asks for, you take liability for that. And a customer should not be charged for something that 1. Wasn’t what they asked for and 2. They didn’t use and had to source elsewhere. You don’t pass the buck and give your customer attitude, or call them MATE, you work with them to find a solution both parties are happy with if there is legitimacy to the complaint. Poor customer service and better graphic designing on canva.

N.b. To anyone taking the time to read this. If a business owner has more time to reply to a review than to actually speak to you at your business. Then they are more interested in their business growing not yours, so don't bother.

Did'nt need an extra job today. Please don't go around putting stickers on businesses windows. I'm sure you would not appreciate every business near you putting stickers all over your windows advertising their products....

Firstly, I am not a new tenant.
Secondly, you now know that placing advertising on the exterior of businesses to promote your own business will annoy people. So you're welcome.
Thirdly, you damaged my business as I was required to remove your sticker with a knife and then proceed to clean it. So I left this review so people can see that the experience I had with you was poor.

Lastly, I work 80+ hours a week and 7 days. I don't get weekends off. If you had come into my business and spoke to me about working together you would have known this. The fact you/the person placing the sign didn't have the common courtesy to just come and speak with me like every other business rep does is just rude. Yes, I did take even more time placing this review to make sure I don't have to remove yet more of your stickers in the future.

Great customer service and quality signs made to order. I needed my signs in a hurry and they had them designed and made in less than 24 hours. Very happy with price and materials used. Highly knowledgeable professionals and very easy to work with regarding the design I wanted. I highly recommend this company and will be back for any future needs. Thanks again.

I will never deal with this business again for the terrible customer service I experienced. When presenting the artwork as I had wanted it to look like, the designer came back with a completely different look that I had not requested. A few minor edits had to be done and I was issued an additional fee of $308.00 for this. When I spoke with the man regarding the extra charges prior to collecting the plaque I ordered, he was rude and had a sheer lack of customer service skills and informed me that he had to pay his designer who works from home, and to 'not worry about collecting the plaque' if I wanted to dispute this extra charge. He knew very well that I needed this urgently for an event... mind you, I had already paid over $1100 for the plaque. Lesson learnt... I will never use these people again or recommend them to anyone.

We recently used Fabsigns for some banners for our roofing business, product is excellent but the service and communication from Mark and the team were particularly outstanding.

Highly recommend.
