Went in this morning to get a shirt for my son. After purchasing and getting home, we took it out and noticed it wasn't a new shirt as there was make-up on the inside where the buttons are and there not cheap shirts. We are going to try and clean it and see what happens.

We recently purchased something on the Thursday for a last minute present for my son's 21st party. Engraving and collection was done on Friday and silly me, ran out of time to collect it before they closed on Friday afternoon. Big thanks to Leanne and Natalie for happily organising to have it dropped off to our venue to ensure the present was there on the night. Service was above and beyond and nothing was a problem! THANK YOU!!

The business has been a staple in Bathurst but they need to re-evaluate. One goes in on a Tuesday and can’t have an engraving task done for the whole rest of the week. Not because they are busy but due to the fact the engraver is home all week with a sick child (information given to me). It is Tuesday and needed for weekend coming, celebration. I feel one of the 3 other women floating around the shop should learn the machine if they are going to be such benevolent employers. Really, there is an issue in our workforce these days of mothers trying to do 2 roles. Unfortunately it makes for a slack workforce. People can’t do properly, 2 jobs, simple as that. Mr Minute stepped in and did a beautiful job. I know where I will go straight to next time. They lost a $40 engraving job and wasted my time.
