I have been searching for a property for months and although I haven’t settled on one yet, Kerrie has been more than helpful and accommodating in my search. First phone call after a real estate switch over as a tenant. I had to chase the property manager with 20 years experience to send me details of where to pay my rent. She insisted it had been sent. It hadn't.
Claimed I was being condescending and aggressive because i said i wasn't happy with the communication between previous real estate, strata and myself about a leaking roof and skylight that has been an issue since before I signed a lease. Claimed I didn't understand as I didn't own my own home and strata can take weeks (I'm aware) but didn't like my response of it's been months.
Funnily enough when she "resent" the email that had already been sent (I'm guessing she didn't originally send which may have been embarrassing for someone who has apparently done this for so long, I'd get on the defensive as well), it arrived straight away.
Probably the worst person I've ever dealt with and as I've been a renter most my life (sorry lady I can't just buy a house like you suggested).

Engage property may be fine, but my new property manager is incompetent.

Most unprofessional, rude, uninformed "managers".
Nish called with a torrent of Abuse after not knowing anything about my tenancy or situation regarding end of tenancy. Had never spoken to her previously, she had not bothered looking at my file before her extremely unprofessional phone call.

End of lease inspection was not done at the time they had said they would.
Wrong condition report was sent to me, i now know personal information of other tenants of theirs.
Repairs and maintenance was never done in a timely manner.
leaking roof for entire tenancy creating mould and moisture issues.
Unsafe drainage.
Rats getting in from the poor build.

Tribunal process started for bond claim despite what i thought was a verbal agreement for me to pay any extras at end.
Trying to say i have caused damage that there is no evidence of me causing.

Ineffective communication. Ineffective time management. Ineffective property managers.

Interesting you would like to discuss now, when you had the 14 days to contact and sort it as soon as the notification for a bond claim comes in (it's immediate fyi). I was happy to pay reasonable costs - not unfounded claims based on an "opinion", i had discussed this with my property manager, prior to finding a new house, when i first received a no grounds termination notice.

Please transfer the money from deposits to the account provided, this was requested yesterday after receiving the final tenant ledger, a month later.

Do not use this property management.

Bec Walton and her team are beyond unprofessional in how they deal with their clients.

They avoid phone calls to discuss important issues hiding behind their receptionists and firing off emails rather than discussing and resolving issues like adults.

They do not take ownership of their mistakes and always seem to have an excuse or shift blame, it felt like I was leaving my property in the hands of an immature teenager or atleast someone that seemed very disinterested in properly managing my property.

I was in shock by the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect they showed towards a client\property owner.

Do not waste your time with these people.
