My husband and I came in. We had a booking. The person who served us did a fantastic job but then passed on our details of what we want to someone more senior saying he will work on our flights and info to get a even better deal.
Guess what, we never got a call back... so we had to do the calling.
They would answer and say we'll get back to you guys or 'we have your details we'll get back to you.
To this day NOTHING.
What's the whole point of saying you'll do this then don't.. a complete waste of our time.
Booked our flights with a different flight centre.

Impossible to get through on the phone to make an appointment, and the message box is always full, so you have to go to the store and sit and wait for a consultant. However, my face-to-face dealings with Zac and Christian have been first class.

The lady behind the foreign cash wouldn’t accept my USD because of a fold in the note, the note that was taken out of a bank in America but then folded to fit in my wallet she couldn’t accept it and didn’t do any other test to see if it was real or fake. Think if she’s going to work behind a counter dealing with cash she needs to know everything to do about notes in all countries as I know multiple ways to determine whether a US not is fake. Absolute joke
