I initially had high hopes for this agency and even left a positive review early in our collaboration. However, after working with them further, I feel it's important to update my experience to reflect the full picture.

We engaged them to create a capability statement/brochure and while the examples shown were promising, the final deliverables were far from what was agreed upon.

The first draft was delivered but contained numerous errors and spacing issues so we provided detailed and constructive feedback. From there, months passed with repeated assurances that revisions were nearly complete - yet no progress was shown.
After over four months and a week of daily follow up being ignored - we finally sent another message requesting either a response or a refund. Only then did we receive a call, stating that the revision would be ready that night. When it arrived, it was riddled with typos and errors, including in critical sections like the statement page (image attached).

When we pushed for the professional, print-ready document we were promised, we were met with hostility, personal insults, and a complete refusal to take accountability. That same day, the owner suddenly accused us of breaching their Terms of Service - despite months of messages, calls, and in-person meetings where this was never once mentioned.

Ultimately, we were left with an unfinished product, an unprofessional experience, and no resolution. This agency does not stand by their work, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone expecting professionalism, reliability, or basic accountability.
