UPD: total and absolute scam, when you start asking how they plan to fulfill their side of the contract they just stop responding (obviously keeping the money you paid)

Only use if you have money you want to throw away. First they contact you with "oh it will be all good, just trust us". You specifically ask if they have experience working with your type of games, but "trust us". OK, the game release comes and the campaign starts. The money begins pouring, 0 effect (for 2 games, both games have positive reviews and organic sales). You confront them about it, "everything is going as planned". You ask to cut the spend and they openly tell you the goal is to waste all your budget anyway, so no point to cut anything. Oh, and they will present you fake reports claiming your organic sales as their ad results (magic, your game had organic sales before the ads started, but if the sales did not change at all after ads started all the sales must be from ads, not organic! - even if the analytics tools are showing otherwise)

You write a negative review, suddenly it turns out the goal to waste all your money was not intended and they will refund the ad spend (except for "only" 1k wasted for "when they tested things" - it later turns out they could have "tested" with 20$, but why do that if you can waste 1k instead?) and try to salvage the campaign for one of the games. They honestly try that for another 2 months, getting about 0 ROI on ad spend (meaning the whole thing cost is "only" about 4k wasted on their overpriced creatives, management and the portion of ad spend money they chose not to return), and since the other campaign was never run properly they will "just" keep the 1.5k spent on creatives that were a total waste, but they used those creatives while throwing your money away, so can't say they were obsolete, no?

they can, of course, do a refund, "only" keeping about 7k of your money for their "hard work" (ca 70 to 100$ to sell a single copy of your game worth 3.99) but, if you give them even more money they will of course make things work! just outta trust them!
