George brand forget who pays them
Had a Tennant who had fallen behind in rent , I had to chase down Kelly to find out what was happening
A year later Tennant was still behind , I was told by Kelly that they had a plan to catch up So after another year finally gave Tennant notice .
They found a place quite quickly which surprised me as they was still behind in the rent .
Then I find out it is through the same agency who was supposed to be working for me !!
4 year old carpet ruined, place left a mess and after collecting overdue rent none left.
If your a landlord, DO NOT USE george brand wyee .
They will collect your money and do nothing for you

This agency was once good with a previous property manager. However over an eight month period new staff lead to dismissing agency. Staff paid virtually no regard to terms of lease agreement. They were unable to attend tenancy tribunal when requested but charged to attend. Staff accepted the word of a tenant advocate and not tribunal staff. A drought of communication that principal once apologised but was unable to correct. Complaint lodged with Fair trading for numerous breaches of agreement. Seeking property management, can only highly recommend an alternative.
