Lauren was fantastic. She went above an beyond to make our sale happen. She was always very transparent when dealing with us as the owners. When our sale got a little complicated, Lauren was calm and measured in her approach and resolved everything, we had an outcome that we were very happy with. My wife and I both feel like we were treated with a high level of integrity and respect. Lauren looked after us tremendously and exceeded our expectations in all respects. I purchased a house in Wakool, NSW during November/December 2023, Lauren Polkinghorne was the real estate agent selling the property.
From start to finish (property offer to settlement), the process was made that much easier with Lauren's prompt responses & liaison between myself & sellers.
As I was from another state her assistance with information was greatly appreciated & once again, just made it all so easy.
I moved into the house a couple of weeks ago & am continuing to enjoy my move & property choice thanks to Lauren.

Horrible experience. After many phone calls and emails I finally heard back after weeks. After an inspection I placed an offer and did not hear from her for weeks ( even with me leaving many many voicemails and emails). After finally getting a response saying the house had sold for a higher offer. After asking if we could move offer more she blatantly said no. And stopped responding to emails and calls. We then later found out she sold the house for less than our original offer. Worst experience We’ve ever had with customer service!

Beware!!! Save yourself the stress & stay away from this Real Estate. They will take your deposit and sell the house right from underneath you! Unanswered emails, takes days to weeks to return calls about important information so we could finalise the sale of the house. Very untrustworthy, ended up costing us thousands and many many hours of wasted time! We left our jobs and house to be told at the 11th hour the house has been sold to another party! Would not recommend this Real Estate to anyone!!!
