As expected, they are incredibly knowledgeable on the marketing side of things but I was surprised at how much they knew about financial planning businesses; our needs and struggles and the pain points of new client acquisition that they were able to help with. I would not have had a clue where to start as I am not not overtly tech savvy but they suggested Facebook, as it is more popular with my target demographic. They then held my hand through the process of getting everything set up and we collaborated together on what and when to post. It was bespoke to me, in my language and in line with my philosophies.
