Update :Graeme hayes is one of the most honest real estate agents out there.
He has been in business for many years and I apologise for any misunderstanding in my previous comments.
There are a whole lot worse real estate agents out there.
Graeme sold us our property nearly 2 years ago with the utmost of good intentions.
He helps both the buyer and seller where he can to find their dream homes and sellers with buyers that best fit the value sellers are asking for.he can't be held responsible for anything the previous owner has allowed to happen.
We are very happy with Graeme's assistance in purchasing our home. After thinking on my previous comments they weren't entirely fair

Excellent agency. Graeme knows anyone worth knowing in the area, and Travis and Nathan are both professionals. Chelsea is a diligent property manager - and the administrative staff behind the scenes make sure that things get done. And they do! One of the few estate agencies I'd gladly write a glowing review for, but they do "exactly what it says on the tin" so to speak.

We travelled to Kerang from Bacchus Marsh ( 3hr trip) only to feel rushed through houses, we told him where we were coming from prior and said we have a few we would like to look at. he said that fine (gave time 11am-1pm ) called again in the morning and he said more towards 1pm will suit him (got there at 12pm)
we got to both houses with tenants still there asked to look at others (his excuse was they're tenanted) umm weren't the last 2 (felt like he fobbed us off) very unprofessional.
AVOID HIM,

Also said to us he hasn't responded to any emails as they annoy him..
