I don't think I can recommend the consultancy and expertise available at Greywoods Consulting enough.
I entered my mentoring relationship with Blair without a clear direction as to how I should direct my efforts towards scaling my business and taking what I'd built to market.
I'd done a fair bit of problem validation and testing a prototype, but I was really stuck on that go-to-market cliff that many founders encounter, alongside a still relatively vague understanding of what the value proposition behind my venture was.
It was through the process of workshops, meetings, knowledge and introductions that Blair provided me with though, that he gave me with a sense of direction and clarity I hadn't found from any other mentor.
It really was a complete revelation as to how his approach to mentoring helped to uncover basic things I needed to rectify with regard to my sales funnel and value proposition - and that's not to mention all the amazingly helpful frameworks provided to help structure your outreach, CRM and admin work, and introductions to get you connected with the right individuals who can grow your business.
So, I wouldn't just recommend that you take up consulting with Greywoods, I would implore you to take advantage of the opportunity to work with Blair - it'll be the best decision you ever made!
