There’s not much on offer here to be perfectly honest, but the retailers that do operate out of this facility give it a real go. Customer service is above average in most shops but they close very early or don’t bother opening on the weekends. The stand out is the Amanti cafe. Consistent with their coffee, always friendly & seem to be always open.

My sister recently arrived in New South Wales and signed up for two weeks at a new job. While she was at the mall, she dropped her iPhone 13 in the bathroom. When she went back to look for it, it was stolen. She asked the cleaning staff, but they said they hadn’t seen it.
Fortunately, since she had two phones with her, she immediately checked the location of the missing phone, and it was nearby and beeping. She suspected that the cleaning staff took it.

She and her friend showed the cleaning staff the phone’s location, but the staff and their supervisor started making excuses, saying there were no cameras in the bathroom, so there was no way to prove anything. After showing them the phone’s location, my sister’s phone was turned off. It was obvious that the thief was nearby because my sister kept circling around the bathroom and the cleaning cart, and the cleaning staff kept watching them.

In the end, there was no other solution but to leave because they couldn’t force the staff to be searched. The supervisor was also in on it and didn’t want to deal with it. We can only advise everyone to be very careful with their valuables when they are out. Additionally, because the phone’s location could still be tracked even when turned off, the cleaner likely knew we could track it and couldn’t unlock it, so they stayed in the mall.

We plan to contact the mall manager and inform them about this incident. Even though we are foreigners, we should not be treated this way! This experience has made us very disappointed with Australia, especially since this happened in a mall, not a small shop!

My friend lost her iPhone in the bathroom here. Luckily she had two phones with her, she immediately checked the location of the missing phone and it was nearby and beeping, the suspected that the cleaning staff took it.

Because they couldn't force the staff to be searched, and the supervisor didn't want to deal with it. We can only advise everyone to be very careful with their asiliables whett they are out. Even though we are foreigners, we should not be treated this way! This experience has made us very disappointed with Australia.
