Unfortunately we are wondering if Voodoo is after some new business at all: after our first appointment being cancelled (by them), we said please be in touch with us again if we haven't contacted you by the end of next week. We couldn't, and no one contacted us. After waiting for another week, I decided to call again, and left a message with the managing director to explain the situation, the call has not been returned at this stage. If we were to have any business done by them, we are actually wondering how it would be conducted in the mid to long term, given the initial steps. The company may have artistic merits as the claimed awards indicate, however we did not experience anywhere near a satisfactory customer service.
