I haven't seen such a worse agency before in my life. I think they are doing this business first time in their life or may be they do not have professional staff at all as staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I am renting 5 Cliffden court and I have been faced a lot since I moved in. I have been paying rent on time. I have rented this on the 3 June and my lease is going to finish next month. I still have legal right to live on this property, but sending me the threatening emails and letters to pay extra rent. I am surprised how can an agency does this. Beware before renting as they have put us under the bus. Owner and agency both put me and my family in a life threatening situation, but they did not apologise for this. They have provided a dummy exhaust fan in the kitchen which is not working at all, and I have complained couple to times in last few months but they were not serious at all. One day an electrician came in, and he told you are lucky as it could be turned into a dangerous fire as there is nothing to induct the heat or steam out. When I reported this issue, instead of taking an urgent action they started sending threatening emails and letters. They are very unprofessional and rude. They will not going to listen or feel sorry , if you will be in danger because of their irresponsible behaviour. on this property we have faced a lot. They will say we have called you multiple times but absolutely wrong. Whenever, I try to call them they never response or call back. Reception staff always said they are not in the office. In last, I would say before going to be their client please talk clearly as later they will not going to listen that.

Warning to any potential future tenants: do not rent 211 Tarleton St East Devonport any time soon! The property has serious mold issues in the roof, floor, and throughout the house, as well as asbestos in the bathroom. We had to urgently move out due to the hazardous conditions and lack of attempts to rectify and fix the problems. I'm posting this to warn other families and prevent them from going through the same ordeal. In case the Real estate doesn't stick to what the Environmental officer has requested that all major and urgent repairs and maintenance are to be done before the property is tenanted again! Attached are the photos of the property and my reaction to the mould in the house that has been confirmed by a GP (I have a autoimmune disease and copped the worse of it) We where told put up with it or move out! And expected to live in that filth until our lease was up in January
Aslo received and email stating that the will send contractor's out to clean the property yet the house has to be basically pulled apart. The original property manager missed the massive holes in the floor boards basically the bathroom had been painted over very peeved with how our family has been treated. Wouldn't recommend what so ever!

I entrusted my property to Halliwell Brad Green for sale after it had been vacated by the previous agency. Brad provided valuable professional advice and organized some necessary repairs before listing the property on the market. He also arranged for his property management team, led by Kate Bryant, to lease out the property during the selling period to generate some income. Kate did an excellent job, leasing the property quickly after just one open house, and she has also supported the selling process. Both the sales and property management teams worked seamlessly together. The property has now been sold and is scheduled to settle this September.
