I got a fridge delivered and it had a couple of scratches on the sides I wasn’t sure if it was when they bought it in as I have a very narrow entry way from the delivery guys to the guys in store excellent service they even got me a partial refund and I didn’t even call for that really impressed with the service and the fridge is awesome works great 👍 thanks very much

Absolutely dreadful customer service. “store manager” is consistently on an ego trip.
Worst customer service horrible attitude have now move all my purchases to orange Harvey Norman they are by far the best customer service team and so polite and helping.

Not sure how much longer Bathurst will stay in business as a lot of people have the same view of store manger and taking their business elsewhere

This shop has zero customer service. No one greets you,. Another customer and myself pretended to work there whilst the staff had a chat sitting on products, playing on their phones talking about someone’s home bbqs . When I finally got the attention of a staff member he couldn’t tell me details about the product I was looking at . I ended up going to Orange, it’s a way better store and the staff is welcoming and accommodating.

Spent 8k elsewhere.

Came here with the intentions of walking out or at least ordering a lounge suite and sofa bed. Was willing to spend 10k cash and knew what we were looking for, so the sale wasn't going to be a hard one.

If only someone wanted to serve us. Walk in to find at least two staff members in their mobile phones sitting at the desk. Whilst one male did acknowledge us, he remained at the desk even after his call was finished and commenced to make another call.

We walked three laps of the furniture section and still no assistance. Eventually, walked out and went to a nearby furniture store and ended up with far better service. Our 8k was spent elsewhere that day.
