Heima transport Coffs Harbour delivered furniture to my mum this morning. The communication was outstanding and their care and assistance in the delivery was impeccable. I am interstate so it was so wonderful to hear Mum so happy with the service she received and the manners and respect these staff had. So much so she rang me and gave me the names of the two young men Cheng and Will for me to give you her feedback. Please pass on our gratitude to these boys, they are true asset to your company.

Very proffessional delivery service. We appreciated the excellent communication prior to delivery regarding arrival time.Our new furniture was unpacked and placed in our home with great care, and all packaging taken away.Would definitely recommend this company.

My only issue is the lack of communication. 3 times on the delivery day I tried to contact either the mobile or office, left a message and at no time did I get a reply. Too bad if delivery details had to be changed , or it was an emergency. The only call I received was 20min before they were delivering it. If I could have had some idea about the delivery time, (before midday or after) I could have worked half a day instead of taking the entire day off for something that literally took 10min for them to do. Other than that it was good experience

No stars! Deliverers failed to unpack our purchased product and remove the rubbish as indicated by our purchase receipt which stated that it should have been a “premium delivery.” They almost damaged a tree as they were reversing their truck. My husband had to yell to get their attention. How about they assess the site before reversing a large truck onto the property. We had already removed some branches overhanging the driveway in preparation for the delivery. In my opinion, they were disgruntled and made an executive decision to leave without completing their job properly. Incompetent! If they cant read the delivery instructions that were highlighted in bright yellow, then they’re in the wrong job.
