The team at Helium offered exceptional creative guidance in supporting the revamp of two websites for us at Lifestreams. Our encounter with Helium Marketing left much to be desired. Their lack of attention to detail and inexperienced team made for a frustrating experience.

Despite our contract, it took them months to produce just one page, failing to fulfill any of the other services promised. Meanwhile, we were expected to continue paying a monthly fee with no tangible value in return. It felt like our money was being wasted.

As a deeply dissatisfied customer, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone.
