I have known Sony from Hello People for several years. They developed a ‘sign-in app’ to automate and streamline a manual sign-in process. It is a well-designed and developed mobile app. Simple to use and effective. We use it for members & one-off visitors. It has helped us improve our visitor experience and we can download attendance reports immediately, so it has become an essential tool for our organisation. Thanks Sony & Hello People.

Really impressed with the work done for me by Hello People. Hello helped me take a prebuilt application into the app stores - taking care of the requirements of Google and Apple. They responded quickly to enquiries and were easy to deal with. Definitely nice to deal with a local face, but with the value of an offshore team.

EDIT: For anyone interested, Kasun did not "resolve this issue asap". 9 months has pass since his reply to this review and I have not yet received a single email or phone call.

Absolutely terrible service. I originally contacted Sony and Kasun for a simple project back in May 2020. This was suppose to take no more than a few weeks, however 8 months later and we haven't progressed much. Every time I contact them they push the completion date by a few weeks with nothing to show for. If you do decide to to go ahead with this company, make sure to pay 50%+ on completion or nothing will happen.
