Given them a lot of business, but this will be the last time. Went to get my bat handle, wanted it long handle and round. What I got was a super skinny long handle. Told them that I wasn't happy with it being so skinny and its not round, they told me it's like that to keep the same weight and that I didn't specify that I wanted it thicker. They use to even clean my bats with a handle repair and now they don't even do that. Boy at the front is no help just says no to everything. Asked them for a $10 discount to get it cleaned after all the muck around, wouldn't even offer that. Will not be going here ever again. Very disappointing

This was the best service you could possibly have. The hockey bag was ordered, the postal address was updated just as the van was about to leave the warehouse and the parcel was delivered to Parcel Collect at my local Post Office less than 24 hours later. What could be better than that?

Buying Cricket gears online proved to be a daunting task until I stumbled upon Highmark Cricket store. I am living in USA and always wanted to own Australian made Gray Nicolls cricket bats. Since they're not offered in this part of the world, I reached out to several stores via email for assistance. Luckily, one of those stores was Highmark cricket store. They went above and beyond to promptly answer all my questions and offer guidance and assistance to ensure I got great value for my money.

I was in communication with SANJIV, who was more than happy to supply pictures of all the bats I was interested in purchasing. He provided the exact specifications of each bat and also picked out the best performing bats out of the lot. Apart from offering a stellar customer shopping experience and everyday low prices, they provided coupons which made the deals irresistible. I initially wanted 2 bat and ended up buying a total of 4 bats. I couldn't pass on the amazing prices.
