I had a job interview with Peter, everything went well and he told me he wanted to hire me and he would call me back later that day to make an appointment for the training. But I never got the call. This was on a Thursday so I called Harry, the recruitment manager, back 2 times on Monday, he didn't even pick up. Send him a text and never got an answer. I fully understand and respect that if they found someone better suited for the job they'd go with them but in my opinion it's very disrespectful and unprofessional to ghost someone in a professional environment.
