I worked with Kati on a SquareSpace website. I'm a designer myself, but do not enjoy handling the technical side of website creation. Kati was great to work with—very responsive and knowledgeable. I sent her a fairly tight rendering of what the site was to look like, which she followed very faithfully. The site came together quite quickly after I provided her all the assets she needed to commence the project. My client is thrilled with the site. I look forward to working with Kati again.

I engaged Hot Lizard Designs to design a new website for my small business and was left extremely disappointed. From the outset, the communication was inconsistent, with long delays in replies and very little initiative shown. I had to follow up constantly just to get basic updates.

The final product felt rushed and poorly thought out — the layout was clunky, images were low quality, and the overall design didn’t reflect the brief I provided. For the premium price I paid, I expected a professional, polished website. Instead, I received something I honestly could’ve built myself using a basic website builder.

In hindsight, I regret not trusting my instincts and seeking out a more reputable and transparent web design company. I hope others have a better experience, but based on mine, I wouldn’t recommend Hot lizard designs

Kati was so easy to work with. She really understood what I needed for my website. She provided clear guidelines when we spoke about what could go on the site. She delivered it quickly and was very responsive to changes that I wanted. The website looked great and was exactly what I asked for. She then did a tutorial with me so I understood how to make changes to the website later on. All remotely as we are in different states. I would highly recommend her service!
