Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience working with Hunter Communications.

They asked us to provide an onsite inspection to advise of a flat rate price to transport their items. After doing so, they engaged our service to relocate their small office.

On the day of relocation, we were shocked to see they had decided to get numerous boxes and furniture delivered after our onsite inspection, which basically doubled the amount of work that was required. The managing director became extremely hostile and aggressive to the crew members after being advised that all of the new items were not in her quoted price. Speaking down to anyone and treating them poorly is just not acceptable but it was very troubling to see it from the director representing Hunter Communications.

I can only imagine how staff and customers are treated on a day to day basis, as one of the assistants kept apologizing for her boss' behavior while acknowledging that they had doubled the relocation amount but were advised to get it done for free.

We had to discontinue their service as it did not meet our standards of an appropriate work place environment for our staff and unfortunately we can not recommend any interaction.

Google has forced the option of choosing one star, if I could go into the negative I would.
I’ll start by saying the girls themselves that work in the office are pleasant and communication and service is up to scratch.
I’ll like to end this on the most important note and that the owner. My god this women is horrible (that the most polite word I can think of without telling you how I really feel) could this lady tell more lies? No! Could she treat her staff with any less respect, also no! Interaction with her directly couldn’t be a more unpleasant experience, I’ve seen people lose an entire family in a car crash and come out of a room looking happier than I was when i dealt with her.
