Staff lost a $51.00 sale due to the fact they didn't take my sister's detail to order an item and told her she had to come back during the week and order her item. So we went to Officeworks and spent the money cause they had the item in stock so if your staff member had of took details we wouldn't have gone elsewhere hence you lost that sale.

Hate having to write this about a local business. Especially after intentionally making the effort to support a local business.

Product/service did not live up to expectations. This was only made worse by the lack of customer service involved, especially the communication from management which was unprofessional and showed a lack of care.

Wow! I have never been so disrespected. Almost finished up a tshirt design for NAIDOC through Hunters for an order of 120. Happily corresponding with the Manager/owner himself SCOTT WOODHOUSE. Hadn't heard anything back from him for over 2 weeks and I wondered why? Gave me the run around for while but just found out that all the while he was waiting for me to pay the WHOLE invoice of well over $3000. I might be ignorant, but do people pay without so much as a finalised design on paper?! or was it the nature for which the t shirt was intended? I guess i'll never find out because after I phoned Scott for the last time to get the process moved along he questioned me why i went to him in the first place? say what? I told him that I used him because I knew of another organisation (that I am also apart of) that had used Hunters. I also stated that I knew for a fact that this other organisation had paid half the invoice and once had a physical draft of the shirt paid the rest. I then asked do other organisations pay their invoices without a product? he said NO.
So why is my little committee being rejected? draw your own conclusions. I know I've drawn mine.

Pleasant staff I enjoy shopping in this Newsagency they have all your different requirements in Stationery lots of choice in whatever paper hobby you might have I was even able to find typewriter paper for my hobby in Journal making, now I am trying to purchase a Brother Desktop Label Maker via the Newsagent they are very helpful
in helping me get the exact model I am after. Brother is aware of Hunters Newsagents and will try to deliver the Model for me. I only shop in Wagga fortnightly so hopefully I will be able to pick it up in a fortnight's time. 😊

It has a wide variety in this newsagency, eftpos available. Every time I go in however the fact that it needs a makeover and building attention is glaringly obvious.... Especially when you are walking around buckets full of water from the leaking roof. Besides that it fulfills it's duties as a newsagency.
