Not impressed at all. Spoke with Amber about my project only to be told that Hypnosis would need more control of content ( who is the client, who is paying who?) so I said ok I’m flexible I’ll leave it in your hands. Then came ” I don’t think we can help you” Amber said she would talk to Guy her business partner and have him call me. I waited nearly 5 hours for Guys call and nothing so called him direct, I asked if Amber had called him about my campaign ( she didn’t) Here’s some exchanges via text enjoy!
Guy: Hi John, I just spoke to Amber and she has told me she is not able to help out. We are running at maximum capacity and only take on jobs if we can do them properly. Best of luck.
My reply: So are you saying that you are too busy for 2 weeks, a month or a year or more? I haven’t put a limit on when or discussed a timeframe?
Guy: We are very busy for the next 3 months. Additionally we rarely take on one off projects. Best of luck with your campaign.
My response: It won’t be one off, the campaign would run indefinitely

So unfortunately I am unable to recommend Hypnosis Creative.They have just lost a $15k a week project with an initial budget of $300k. My final feeling on my experience is Hypnosis has never worked on me!
Update: I spoke with Amber today regarding my review hoping to set up a face to face meeting to express my misgivings and treatment as a potential client. The admission that I could have been treated better without a formal apology didn’t cut the mustard. Though admitting having this review stay up wasn’t liked, I felt a unwillingness to be heard, only to be told a meeting to discuss my concerns wasn’t going to happen because it was deemed as too threatening. This was after I mentioned that I had called Greenpeace Australia to voice my concerns. When anyone doesn’t like to be told the truth of their behaviour and that it’s unprofessional, that it’s threatening to the ego, it’s common for people to make out they are the victim.
I rang WA Police and told them the conversation I had and supplied the background story, which I should not have to do. I wish Hypnosis Creative Agency the best but my review stands until as a customer, client and consumer my concerns are acknowledged either in writing or face to face. These days of a more enlightened awareness sadly is the realisation that maybe if you want something done to a high standard we may be better off doing it ourselves.

Hypnosis are not only excellent to deal with, but quick to respond with ideas that were bang on brief. Highly recommend
